Question about Ubiquiti UniFi AP AC-LR
Does the UniFi UAP-AC-LR ac866/n450 work with a UPC Horizon router? or do I need to use a separate router? And can it be operated with a Linksys LGS108P switch? It also has PoE.

According to the description, this AP has POE and the data sheet of your switch says the same. I doubt whether the upc horizon router can handle this. However, this is not a problem as long as the switch is connected in between. An access point should work with any 0815 router.
Attention: POE is by no means = POE! Ubiquiti uses a proprietary POE and APs cannot simply be connected to an active POE switch. However, there is an adapter that allows this: Ubiquiti Instant IEEE 802.3af Adapter. However, if you only want to connect one or a few APs, you can simply use the included POE adapters.
With UPC horizon it should work without any problems. Simply connect all APs to the same network and configure them with the software. It is best to deactivate the UPC WLAN.
