Question about ASUS GT-AX11000 Gaming Router WiFi 6

Does the ROG Rapture GT-AX11000 Router support SSL certificates? https://www.asus.com/us/support/FAQ/1034294/ The ROG Rapture GT-AX11000 router has Link Aggregation -802.3ad can I connect the Netgear Switch GS724 T and Netgear GS108Tv2 via Link Aggregation are they compatible? I currently have a R8500 Netgear router but unfortunately it does not support the SSL certificate. And according to Netgear support, it will unfortunately never be supported.
