Does the pc get hot inside because in videos they say the fans are not working properly?

after my test about 4 hours the PC did not get too hot, at normal operation 36 to 38 °C and at gaming 36 to 68°C depending on the load but it does not get too hot, the fans are set so that it does not get too loud when gaming, in the video do not have to have the same configuration/setting.
