Question about Huawei Firewall USG6510E-AC

Does the firewall need an additional licence, or does it run out-of-the-box (if you don't need AV/IDP/CD). Analogous to Zyxel USG Series where the boxes also run without UTM services (AV/Spam,IDS etc). Thanks
