Does it come with w11 already installed and you just have to configure it? And how is it for watching videos and browsing the internet a little?

Yes, w11 is already pre-installed and you just have to configure it.
For me it's just enough for surfing the internet and even then it gets pretty hot. Don't know if I'm doing something wrong :)
