Does it also have the option of additionally controlling a potential-free contact? Then I could also open the entrance door via the door opener in the apartment building.

No, unfortunately it does not have any other outputs, at least not without soldering.
I had the same problem and solved it with a Switchbot incl. Schwitchbot hub. this way you can operate the button on the front door without destroying it.
