Question about TP-Link Deco M9 Plus Triband WLAN Mesh Set of 3 (AC2200)

Does each of these 3 satellites have a LAN RJ45 connection and could I use it to power a device ? e.g. the Swisscom TV Box, because that is exactly my problem. UHD via Powerline it only jerks and the Swisscom TV BOX only has an RJ45 connection as far as I know. Thanks

Yes, each of the three Decos has 2x RJ45. All three Decos are identical. When setting up, one is defined as the main node - the one that is connected to the Internet (modem) via cable. I have connected my TV to a second Deco via RJ45. Works perfectly with UHD from Netflix or from the NAS. I don't know for sure whether the Swisscom box can handle it. But I would be surprised if it didn't.
