Does anyone reach the USB 3.0 speeds?

Setup:
Samsung SSD T3/T5 on short (original) cable on USB port, 3.0 on in config.
Parallel and single 4GB files via Wifi6 and Gigabyit Lan... everything is always the same: 26-30Megabyte/s (so 240Mbit).
CPU and RAM are not 2/3 of the maximum.
