Does anyone have a recommendation for an SFP+ module that can be used with this media converter and init7 Fiber7-X? Merci!

I ordered mine directly from Init7. 99 for module and fibre cable. From the Flexoptix brand. You can also order directly from Flexoptix. Just tell Init7 or Flexoptix that you want to use it in this media converter. Some of these things have to be pre-programmed for compatibility.
