Does anyone else have the problem that you can hear a very high, quiet sound when the speaker is running? Really only very minimal, but I can hear such frequencies well and it bothers me.

No, it works perfectly for me. I control the volume via the TV with the Nokia remote control, so the Nokia sends the full volume to the TV. Only the mute function is controlled via the Nokia and unfortunately not by the TV set
