Question about HP ProDesk 4 Tower G1i

Do you offer the service of transferring data (applications, files, programmes, etc.) from an HP PC running Windows 10 that is not compatible to Windows 11 to a new HP PC that I intend to buy from you and, if so, how do you intend to carry out this transfer? Thank you
