Do the seconds hand glide constantly or it’s like a normal watch?

Helpful answer

It's a quartz movement, moving forward second by second. Not like the clocks in railway stations. Advantages: as long as the battery is good, there's no need to adjust it and it's more accurate than a watch with an automatic movement. Disadvantages: you have to change the battery every 5 years or so, and the seconds movement doesn't 'slide' around the dial.

No, the second hand does not glide constantly. This is the difference to the more expensive Mondaine version. Greetings
