Do i need a separate interface to Connect my electronic card payment system?

According to my research and the manufacturer's specifications, the cash register has the following interfaces:
Interfaces: 1 x LAN, 4 x USB-A, 1 x serial, 1 x cash drawer port
For the connection of order terminals: Optional connection of order terminals (Android devices) via app
Unfortunately, the cash register does not have any other connections.
