I am very disappointed that I HAVE TO BE CAREFUL WHILE BUYING AT DIGITEC!

After my complaint, they imediatelly changed photo.
Asked for auto-empty bin as it was advertised as it is going with robot, digitec declined.

We do regret any inconvenience caused by the wrong picture and the fact, that your order didn't include the auto-empty-station, which was shown. That is indeed a very unfortunate situation.

As we do have a lot of products and some of them are implemented automatically, errors can never be ruled out a 100%. We do work continually to update and change them, and also working hard to optimize processes to prevent such cases as good as possible. Besides the product picture, the specifications have a more important function to provide customers with information about the product itself. If you ever detect a difference from them to the shown picture, our customer service is always happy to help, also before you place an order. As we could see, you have been offered two different solutions, and we do hope, that the taken option led to a satisfactory conclusion for you.
