Difference between Golden interstar hypro and wetek play 2 DVB-C? Which IPTV is better?

I was able to install the IPTV provider of Xtream HD TV on the Hypro. But not the previous one.
My question, however, is why the Netflix app cannot be loaded onto the Hypro. The device says it is not compatible. Why and how can I make an update so that it is compatible?

We have not yet been able to test either device for IPTV streaming.
