Device in use for a few days. After several hours and various phones, no connection could be established in MyDyson. Just can't find the blow box. Supporting the app/internet site etc.. Does nothing. Anyone experience with missing connection?
Just like us. My wife suffers a lot from allergies. Unfortunately, you can't activate the product. According to Dyson, this is known. Why Galaxus continues to sell products that do not work?
We ordered the -Dyson Purifier Cool Formaldehyde- directly from Dyson at the beginning of May and have been annoyed with it ever since.
-The first unit delivered was not found by the app.
-we got a replacement and here the app kept saying: "Please check the correctness of your serial number".
-The next replacement device reports exactly the same error.
Dyson's customer service is always friendly, but they haven't been able to fix the problem yet.
Yes, but unfortunately not a better experience. I tried 2 times at the end of March and beginning of April and returned both devices. Despite several calls and emails with detailed and complicated instructions/testing from Dyson, the units refused to connect. I think they have a problematic run of units in the market at the moment, and instead of managing the situation, it is left to the customers to find/identify the bad eggs - unfortunately. I've been waiting for a refund on the second unit for over 3 weeks now. There will not be a third time. Good luck.
