Dear all, I received my K950 today. I set everything up according to the instructions. Successfully connected to the WLAN and immediately did the FW update. The default speaker settings are not good, I wanted to adjust them. Unfortunately I can't make any settings with the remote control, most of the buttons don't work, only the "mute" and the "source" button. So I can't adjust the bass and all the other LS. Does anyone have any ideas? Thank you very much!

Please note: Do not press the buttons but move them up or down!

Hello, I also bought this soundbar and everything worked wonderfully. When setting up the soundbar, you also have to pair the remote control, with the up and down buttons as THkarrer wrote earlier. Did the remote control work during this step?
