Question about Medion Akoya P5372 I

It has both graphics cards - Intel is soldered on and the Nvidia is the dedicated one.

The graphics card installed is the GTX 750 TI.

I put the PC into operation on 27.10.2016. Runs tip top, fan noise is not disturbing, runs quietly. Otherwise it runs very fast for internet, photos etc. (I'm not a gamer). (I am not a gamer) Graphics card according to Speccy programme:
