Question about Philips Ajb3552/12
Could someone perhaps describe the lowest dimming level? Does the display still shine recognisably on the surroundings or are the digits just barely visible? I am thinking of buying the unit for someone

I consider the brightness at the lowest dimming level to be pleasant. Of course, it is always a matter of personal preference. I have set the lowest dimming level, which I find optimal. However, my brother, who also has the same device, has set the display to dark and only sees the display when he presses a button.
The Dsiplay is easily visible in a dark room. However, it might be too bright for dark sleepers.
I set it to the lowest brightness level and am satisfied with it.
