Could someone help me with the path for the RTSP feed? I can't get it to work with surveillance station. Don't know what I'm doing wrong? [user[:PW]@]192.xxx.0.xx:80/s2 Thanks a lot!

Helpful answer

It may not be much help, but I would install the controller from Unify or buy the hardware. It's been working for me for years without any problems.

Captured custom camera in Synology, then RTSP according to the manufacturer's specifications. Works fine after a few tries. [user[:PW]@]192.xxx.0.xx:80/s2 --> rtsp://[user[:PW]@]192.xxx.0.xx:80/s2 (check also the port and the path).

Exactly, the Unifi NVR is the hardware for it, otherwise you can also install it on Windows and Linux, as Mwidev wrote.
I've also read that some people have been able to get the controller to work on certain NAS, but I haven't tried that myself.

Have you switched the camera to standalone mode?
Then it should display the RTSP URL on the web GUI.
