Question about Hama 0053188 Bluetooth USB Adapter
Could I use it to plug into the USB port of the car radio and play music via the mobile phone?
I don't think it works like that. I bought this for my PC, it works great, it automatically installed a driver so that Bluetooth works. For the car you need an FM transmitter. https://www.digitec.ch/de... look here. I'm sure it will work.
