Question about edimax BT-8500 Nano
Can you use them to connect the Bose QC II headphones to the Playstation 4 and also use the voice chat functions?

That would surprise me. PS4 already has BT onboard, so if it doesn't work with it, a dongle won't do you any good either. It's better to only use headsets that are explicitly labelled as PS-compatible.
