Thank you for your question. The dust bags should be changed from time to time. You will then receive the corresponding information via the app. How long it will take until the bag is full depends of course on the frequency of use, the level of congestion, whether pets are present or not and the size of the flat. According to their experience, users usually talk about 3-8 months until the bag needs to be changed. The CleanBase with dust bags was developed especially for allergy sufferers. When the dust bag is removed or replaced, it closes automatically and can then be disposed of. This way, you do not come into contact with pollen or allergens, unlike when you have to empty the container yourself (for example, with the models without CleanBase). These are anti-allergen dust bags which seal out 99% of the allergens.
