Can you take the item out of the shop? It seems to be out of stock! Can you offer us an alternative?

I also have an order open from March 2022. The date "Delivery expected on ..." has changed 4-5 since then.
Now (30.08.2022) it could be ordered for less money and deliverable (!!) via digitec by Jacob ... what to do?

We are currently still waiting for a delivery, so the item can still be ordered. Unfortunately, we have to ask for a little patience.
