Can you set seconds (e.g. liquid 15 seconds)? Actually with Swiss plug?

Time works in 10 second steps. In our case it was a Swiss plug.
I don't know exactly what you mean by liquid, but it has automatic programmes for liquids. They are equipped with a fixed time. You can set the 10-second intervals at the start according to power (5 levels).
