You can only set one alarm time, but you can specify which days it applies to. This means that you can set the alarm time for weekdays and weekends separately by selecting the days of the week on which the alarm should ring. If you don't want to be woken up at the weekend, you can simply deactivate the alarm for these days. You can set a different alarm time for Thursdays by configuring the alarm separately for this day, but you will have to do this manually as there is no automatic adjustment for individual days.
