Can we also make popcorn with this model? Some microwaves/models have a special programme for this.

Microwave popcorn can be prepared in any microwave. You don't need a special programme for it.
This microwave has two special popcorn programmes (80g & 100g), but I have never used them. I always use the standard programme.
