Can this router be used with SIM cards from Wingo/Swisscom?

Please first compare the field strength of the corresponding provider at the place of residence, Ev times a device with sim card of the provider with Max field strength, or let assure that there is enough field strength. it also depends on whether in the
N-S-W-East (simply walk around the house and observe most of the reception lines, then look for the best installation site in the house.
I use a DWR2101 from Dlink in the craft room in the neighbouring house, but I have better reception conditions there.
I have no reception with the PWR2101 (with the same sim card) in the same place as the ACER...
