@Aljochakre: Yes. In contrast to the rental version "Office 365", the purchase version "Office 2021" does not require periodic feedback for licence reconciliation. However, the occasional connection to the internet for updates is of course recommended for "Office 2021".

If a previous version or Office 365 is replaced, the new software must be registered with Microsoft and confirmed again. Outlook is very special, many questions.
