Can this licence also be used for the "Windows 11 Pro ARM" version? I would like to set up Windows with Parallels on a Mac with a Silicon processor

Yes, that works. I'm using it on Parallels with Apple Silicon.

I'm sorry, but I don't know the term "ARM" well enough (I'm an oldie). My Windows is installed on a Surface PC 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-1185G7 @ 3.00GHz 3.00 GHz
