I want to connect my X Box One S here and connect it from the HDMI Out cable to my 4K HDR TV.

Now the question is, will the 4k HDR signal from my X Box One S also be passed on to the TV or is it just normal 4k without HDR?

Accepted Answer

There is no "HDR passthrough" in the actual sense. The specification/requirement for this is HDMI 2.0a ports with HDCP 2.2, which this receiver supports.
