Can this FB be used with the Wingo TV Box?

Hello!
I just subscribed to Wingo (from Net+). Everything is linked to/controled by my Harmony Elite: the Samsung TV, my Sonos speakers, the AppleTV, my Sony BluRay... Only the Wingo TV Box (Swisscom IT-1400?) is *not* working - even with a Swisscom IR adapter plugged into the designated IR port on the back of the TV-Box!!! It is like the Wingo TV-Box is not receiving the signal from the Harmony Hub. :-(

No. After I tried it without success, Wingo confirmed by phone that they had programmed the TV box in such a way that it was not possible to use Harmony hubs. They couldn't tell me why they had decided on this customer-unfriendly move. In any case, I can hardly believe it. After switching from Swisscom to Ingo, I now have to use 5 (?) remote controls instead of one: Wingpo TV box, Bose surround system, Apple TV (also to be able to operate Netflix, as no Netflix app is supported), Harmony hub (as connected to Bose surround system). Then there's the Playstation controller (my Blue-Ray player). I'm seriously thinking about switching (back) to Swisscom or another provider....

Yes! As far as I know, the Wingo Box is identical to the Swisscom TV Box 2.0 and uses Bluetooth as a communication channel for FB commands. Since the Harmony cannot use Bluetooth, an optional USB infrared adapter is required for the box (can be ordered via the Swisscom hotline).
On the Swisscom homepage you can also find these instructions: https://www.swisscom.ch/dam...
