Unfortunately, I don't know what RTS is. I live in Ticino, on the border strip, and I pick up the RAI channels very well with a small 15 cm antenna.
If you're lucky you'll get the TNT France bouquet, but RTS in DVB-T is unlikely unless the list you mention mentions a geographical exception.
