Can this device be used as a repeater in a WLAN network created by a Unifi AP AC-Pro or is the product description "Access Point + Repeater" inappropriate here?
The aim is as follows: In the basement, an AP AC-Pro is connected to the UPC modem as the "main Wifi router", and on the second floor this network is then amplified via Wifi (without an Ethernet connection).

Accepted Answer

The Unifi AP AC-LR can only be used as an access point. Alternatively, I would look at the UniFi AP-AC-M MESH, which can be used as a repeater.
