Question about Reolink RLC-410W 4MP Bullet IP Camera
Can this camera also be used without a Wi-Fi connection? Or will the data still be saved on the micro SD card without a Wi-Fi connection?

Unfortunately, I cannot say whether the camera also works without Wi-Fi. Sorry.
In addition to WLAN, you can also access the camera via a LAN RJ45 cable or a browser, and of course you can also use the built-in SD card. If you use the LAN cable as access, the cam is also supplied with power via it. (I have not tested this, but it is stated in the manual).
The camera can be used standalone, but must first be programmed, either via WLAn or LAN, and then without a network it will record to the built-in microsd as previously configured.
