According to the information here at digitec (Philips 43PUS6504 (43", 4K, Smart TV, LCD)), the mentioned TV has a VESA wall mount 200 x 200 mm, so that should fit. The whole thing should also fit in terms of weight (the wall mount has a payload of 35kg according to the information in the description).
However, it will not be possible to fold the TV completely 90 degrees to the side, as it is too wide for that, or the arm of the mount is only 44.5 cm long.
