Question about Netgear GS305E

The switch was installed in my holiday flat after professional use and I almost forgot about it ;-) Setting the IP directly is no longer necessary for me today, so I only consulted the settings once via the web interface and no longer remember all the options. According to the data sheet, it should be possible to assign individual IPs. However, I cannot guarantee this today, so please contact Netgear's customer service or forum directly to ask or confirm! The switch is robust, small and energy-friendly compared to similar products.

No, the switch can only do Layer2. However, you can create several VLANs to virtually separate the networks (which come from a router / firewall, for example).
