Can the set be supplemented with 3 adapters? One with the router 1 in the screed and one in the basement? Or do I have to buy 2 sets? Would they interfere with each other?

As far as I know, you can use several adapters, both wi-fi and cable-connected, without any problems. I use four of them at the same time.

No, you can take as many as you need. Just one must be placed near the router to have the connection in the other rooms.
