Can the LAN connection to the satellites also be made via an existing network or must the cable be routed directly between the units?

Hello, this can also be done via an existing network... I assume that the same range must be used for the IP's of the mesh nodes. (Like the existing network...)
I use these mesh points as Wifi APs.... all stations are connected with cable via existing network. (Cables laid per floor, 1 AP per floor ... )
