Can the camera be mounted on the ceiling, or is the image in the app then displayed upside down?

Yes, the camera can be mounted either on the wall or upside down on the ceiling. You can then change the picture in the app as you like. But I would rather spend 12.60 more and buy this camera: YI 1080p Dome Camera (1920 x 1080 Pixels (Full HD))

Had both and find the YI simply better - with more functions and also the APP is really TOP :-)
