Can someone please explain to me why the TV may only be a maximum of 6 cm deep? Where is the limit or what happens if the TV is somewhat deeper? In my case, just under 8cm with an older Sony 65ZD9 full array and a weight of 32kg. Does the bracket then not lie flat on the wall or how should I imagine this? Many thanks
The holder is only leaned against the wall (no drilling, no screwing) could imagine that the 6cm was chosen by the manufacturer with enough safety margin, because at some point the centre of gravity is too far forward (the thicker the screen) and the holder can tip away from the wall or no longer presses with enough pressure against the wall. Especially be careful if there are small children living in the household....
