Can it be used with UPC WLAN Technicolor modem?

No idea, as I have a modem from the provider Yetnet. In principle, however, I would recommend combining the EX6150-100PES only with Netgear devices of the same "generation" to avoid possible problems (performance & stability). This means, for example, deactivating the WLAN of the UPC modem. Instead, connect a Netgear WLAN access point directly to the UPC LAN port. The EX6150-100PES then communicates directly with the Netgear main access point. Only connect the repeater to the main access point in a star configuration. This setup works perfectly for me.
