Can it be tilted forward without having to unscrew/unscrew kkch (like the Barkan WH 3400 ;-)

In my experience, yes. The stand has a magnet that keeps the TV upright (see small dark grey circle and n top of the white vertical rod at the end of the hinged arm). Just pull the TV forward and the magnet will move away - the TV is tilted forward!
