Question about Pure Chronos CD Series 2

What is true now? One answer says no MP3 CDs. The other says YES because of a link with instructions.
According to the online instructions on Galaxus, there is nothing about playing MP3 CDs, except via an external device.

Unfortunately, my device does not read MP3 CDs; also surprised and disappointed me.

I haven't tried it myself yet, but according to the BA it is possible.
