Can I use this router as a repeater? I have just received a fibre optic connection with a Huawei OptiXstar EG8147X6-10 GPON terminal from Quickline.

Yes, that works. However, NAT and firewall are then switched off, which should not be a problem because these functions can then be used by the Huawei.
