Yes, as long as there is an app for Android TV. Disney+ worked, but I haven't tried Paramount. It's basically the same as Apple TV, just Android. Services that are subject to geoblocking can be used with VPN (I use NordVPN). I never use the smart TV function on my TV, only this box.

Yes, it is possible, but the Nokia Streaming Box is technically outdated and does not support new HDR functions such as HDR10+ or Dolby Vision. It also cannot decode new sound formats, so Dolby Atmos is not possible. I would therefore not recommend the Nokia 8000, because the Google Chromecast with Google TV 4K solution is technically better, can decode all image and sound formats and costs much less.
