Can I use the hub to switch on my receiver and my PC (WOL) via the network?

You can certainly switch your receiver on and off, operate it etc.
with the (PC WOL) I think it is possible, but I have not managed!
PC WOL can be done with a modern modem (app). ebs:
Fritzbox (myfritz app)
Asus (app)
Etc....
