Can I use PoE to power the Ubiquiti UniFi AP AC-LITE without having to connect another power source or should I rather go for a Ubiquiti switch?

I am not sure if PoE is PoE. I cannot feed my UniFi AP-AC-LR with this LGS116P. Is this because the AP only supports 24V passive PoE but the LGS116P does not?

Thank you very much for this information.

The only confusing thing for me is that they talk about 24v passive POE for the Unifi access points and I can't find this information for the Linksys switch.

Poe is Poe, the switch doesn't matter.
