No, I repeat myself once again. This product has nothing and can do nothing with the 5G mobile radio standard. Once again, the 5GHz stands for a frequency (= 5 gigahertz) and has NOTHING to do with the 5G mobile phone standard (= fifth generation).
It is an antenna that can ONLY transmit and receive wifi. Nothing else, not even conversion.

There are 5G routers for private households to which you can connect external antennas. Such antennas are also available as outdoor antennas. e.g.:
