Can I use it to connect my mobile, which has a mobile network, to the TV, for example to stream something?
It depends on so many factors... eg: Is this a SmartTV?
If so, why don't you connect your mobile directly?
If not: How did you want to connect it in the first place?
The device can already do a lot, especially with OpenWRT. But when I hear this question, I wonder why you need the device at all.
